Each classroom is staffed with a certified Montessori Directress and two assistants furnishing an adult/student ratio of 1:8 in the preschool classrooms and ratio of 1:6 in the toddler rooms.  Certification as a trained Montessori teacher insures a professional approach to your child’s preschool education.  Being an D.C.F. licensed preschool, each staff member has been finger printed and has had a criminal background check, along with having completed a mandatory 40 hour D.C.F. Child Care course with ten annual in-service training hours.  Staff members in each classroom have current certification in First Aid and C.P.R. and come with a generous supply of T.L.C. (tender, loving, care.)  

     Our facilities comply with the scrutiny (three times annually) of the State of Florida Department of Children and Families (formally H.R.S.), along with all required state and local licensor standards.  It holds accreditation from the Pan American Montessori Society, meets the code of ethics as a Full Member Montessori School with the American Montessori Society, as well as being a member of the North American Montessori Teacher’s Association, and the International Montessori Council.  Our school is registered as a non-public school with both the State of Florida and Dade County Public Schools.
